What’s your cancellation policy?
A: We require 12 hours’ notice for group class cancellations and 24 hours’ notice for privates/duet sessions. Late cancels be charged a $10 fee and No Shows will be charged a $15 fee.
Do you offer showers/towels?
We have two showers downstairs in our gym. Please bring your own towel and bath products if you wish to shower after a class.
Can I share class packages with a friend?
Class packs are for individual use, but duet sessions let you split the cost.
Do you have unlimited memberships?
Yes! We have unlimited (1x/day) for $250 and unlimited (2x/day) for $300.
What should I wear/bring?
Hot Mat: Fitted breathable clothing, water bottle, sweat towel.Reformer: Grip socks (mandatory), leggings/shorts (avoid loose fabric).
Why do you use Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers?
They’re the gold standard—smooth, durable, and perfect for group classes.
Can I do Pilates while pregnant?
Yes! With modifications. We recommend: First trimester: Join regular classes if you’re already experienced (avoid supine work after 16 weeks). Second/Third trimesters: Switch to Prenatal-Specific Classes (focus on pelvic floor, alignment, and breathwork). Always consult your OB/GYN first.
Are hot infrared mat classes safe during pregnancy?
No—we advise against heated classes while pregnant due to overheating risks. Stick to unheated reformer/mat classes.
When can I return to Pilates after birth?
Generally, 6-8 weeks postpartum (vaginal) or 8-10 weeks (C-section), but: Get clearance from your doctor first.
I have an old injury (back/knee/shoulder). Can I still do Pilates?
Absolutely! Pilates is renowned for rehabilitation. We’ll modify exercises to suit your needs: Reformer classes: The Allegro 2’s spring resistance is gentle on joints. Mat classes: We offer low-impact options. Chat with your instructor about modifications.
I’m recovering from surgery. When can I start?
It depends on your procedure, but generally: Postop clients need doctor’s clearance before joining group classes. Private sessions are ideal for tailored rehab (we work with PTs!). Common timelines: 6–12 weeks for most surgeries.
Do you provide mats & mat towels for hot mat classes?
Yes we provide mats at no cost. Mat towels are available for rent for $3 or you can purchase one from us for $30. You can also bring your own from home at no cost.
Are grip socks required for reformer and mat classes?
Grip socks are REQUIRED for reformer classes. You can bring your own or you can purchase them in studio (most are $20 + tax). Grip socks are optional for hot mat classes.
